ARMATH TECHNOCAMP/2021
On July 1-10 the Armath TechnoCamp took place at Military and Sports College after Monte Melkonyan. All in all the camp hosted 207 students from all regions of Armenia including Artsakh.
The agenda of the technology camp is filled with robotics, programming courses, competitions, patriotic events (campaigns, national dance courses), Art of Survival (VOMA) courses, and a number of entertaining programs developed by specialists.
They learned to create a smart controller for LED lights, gathering various data (length, lighting, colors, etc.) through sensors. During the camp students also learned to assemble and programming robots. The final outcome expected from the students' teams was assembling automated robots, in particular line follower robots.
Out of the 15 contestant teams, Team 1 won the contest. The team consisted of students from the Armath Engineering Laboratories of Artsakh and Yerevan.
Besides the robotics courses, the camp included cultural, sports, and entertainment elements. Participants of the camp went hiking to Goshavank and Aghavnavank. During the camp, students learned Armenian national dances with Gagik Ginosian. Participants also got acquainted with Vova Vartanov and his team of "VOMA".
