Armath TechnoCamp
The Union of Advanced Technology Enterprises initiated a summer camp in a new format, which brings together the youth of the Diaspora and Armenia. It aims to strengthen the bond between the children living in the Republic of Armenia and the children living in the Diaspora. Our goal is to serve as a unique platform for getting preliminary knowledge and skills in engineering, programming, robotics and encourage their further cooperation.
The camp is designed in two rounds. The first one is for 10-13-years olds and the second is for 14-17-years olds.
Attaching importance to the sowing of patriotism and attachment to the home country, the main directions of the camp are the activities aimed at familiarizing with the homeland and its recognition.
Through special activities and tasks organized during the camp the students of Armath Engineering Laboratories share their experience and knowledge with their peers from the Diaspora and kids who do not attend the engineering laboratories. The camp is an excellent opportunity for an open dialogue, teamwork, experience and knowledge sharing, establishing ties and friendships for life.
Around 400 schoolchildren, who are mainly students of Armath Engineering Labs, gather in an atmosphere of creative and active recreation, share their engineering skills, master new ones and encourage each other to learn robotics, undergo various trainings and courses.
